For seasoning: 1/2tsp turmeric Method: Heat oil and prepare seasoning ,add onion,saute till golden brown,now add tomatoes and all the vegetables and fry them till they are half cooked, add suji and saute one more minute.(if the suji is unfried,fry it now till it gives aroma and changes color to very light brown) Now add water ( double the quantity of suji used), salt and sugar and mix it well. cover it and let it simmer for a while.Finally garnish with corriander leaves(cilantro) & sprinkle lemon juice and mix well.
