Pesarattu(Mix Daal Dasa)
Ingredients:
1cup green gram(moong whole/ daal with or without cover)
1/2 cup chana daal
1/2 cup rice
1/4 cup urad daal
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 medium onion diced
2 dashes of asafoetida
4-5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 dry red chilies
salt to taste
chopped cilantro

Method:
Soak green gram, rice, urad daal and chana daal for overnight in enough water. Drain the water and grind them with all the above ingrediends into a fine paste, except cilantro. Add little water at a time. Now add chopped cilantro to the batter. Check for consistancy, it should be same like regular dosa batter.
Heat the non-stick tawa/ griddle and spread 1 spoonful of batter as dosa. Pour little ghee/ oil around dosa. Fry on both sides until crispy. Repeat the same procedure for rest of the batter.
Serve hot with pickle or yogurt chutney.
