Method: Mix all the ingredients and knead to firm dough adding enough water. Cover and keep aside for 15-20 min. Make small portions of dough of equal size. Now take one portion and roll it into small puri. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the puris. Do the same for the rest of the portions.
