Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
1 cup milk powder
2 tsp melted butter
10-12 roasted almonds
2 pinches cardamom finely powdered
1/4 tsp saffron
1 tsp warm milk

Method: Soak saffron in warm milk for 10 min. Grind almonds into little chunks(size should be little more than mustard seeds). Now add all ingredients in a large microwave safe mixing bowl including almonds and saffron. Start microwave on 8 min. setting. Check mixture after every 1-2 min in between, stir. do not let it overflow.Microwave settings vary by models. So be sure not to get overcooked. Check for thickness of the mixture. When it turns color from yellowish to light brown stop cooking.
Now let it cool for 5-10 min. Grease your palms by ghee or butter and start rolling small portions into balls till they are little warm. When finished rolling all the balls. Put little impressions on top of all the balls by pressing lightly with the help of any tool.
When cooled completely store in a airtight container.
