Ingredients:
2- 2 1/2cups all purpose flour (Maida)
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
1 tsp sugar (optional)
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil + extra for deep frying
Method: Take all ingredients excepr oil and mix well. Add water little at a time to make soft dough. Add 2 tbsp oil and coat to dough. Keep aside for atleast 1 hour. make equal small balls out of dough. Roll each like puri, but little thicker than puri. Fry them from both sides till they are golden brown. Serve hot with chole and boondi raita.
